Omaha, Nebraska – April 5, 2022 - During the Nebraska REALTORS® Association Annual Convention, Herb Freeman was awarded REALTOR® of the Year. Annually, each state REALTOR® association recognizes one member who has done exceptional work to advance their associations and the real estate industry with the REALTOR® of the Year award. These members epitomize what it means to be a REALTOR®.

Herb has been a licensed REALTOR® since 1972.  He holds a master of Business Administration from University of Nebraska-Omaha, and was an English teacher at Tech High School before entering into Real Estate.  He loves development and redevelopment of projects, and is a member of Congress for New Urbanism and National Town Builders Association. 

Lincoln, NE - April 1, 2022 - NP Dodge Real Estate Sales announces Eric Ebeler has joined the NP Dodge Lincoln management team as the Recruiting Coordinator of NP Dodge Lincoln offices. Eric joined NP Dodge in October 2021, as a licensed salesperson when NP Dodge acquired Lincoln First Realty.

Julie’s real estate career history is vast.  She started as a sales associate with Home Real Estate in 1997, and quickly moved to the Education Director and then as Sales Manager for CBSHOME for over 6 years.  Julie transitioned back into sales and was the lead sales manager of the Midtown Crossing Condo project for Mutual of Omaha for 7 years.  After successfully selling out the project, Julie joined NP Dodge as an agent at the 86Dodge sales office.
